Obviously, we’re drinking water (A- water with lemon). We also walk Iris daily (usually at least 1/4 mile twice, but we don’t always do it together), and walk up to our flat (2 flights of stairs) because it’s more convenient than the elevator. We just can’t be bothered to track all of that. 🙂

Brunchish: coffee with coconut milk “creamer”
Lunch: Curried chicken & veggie salad
5pm: decaf coffee with coconut milk “creamer”
Dinner: baked salmon, & salad w/ homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
8:30pm: cold kielbasa pieces with spicy mustard (still hungry after dinner)

Lunch: turkey cutlets stuffed with creamed spinach & roasted red peppers
Dinner: baked salmon, & salad w/ homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
