Lunch: green bell pepper stuffed with curried chicken salad
7:00pm: 2 jalapeño burgers with sautéed onions (1/2 red onion), ketchup, mustard, & mayo

8:30am: 2 eggs over easy, coffee with coconut milk creamer (feeling stubborn this morning- didn’t want to open the coconut milk can or waste my expensive coconut milk creamer just bc of its 1g of organic cane sugar)
Lunch: curried chicken salad & radish/clover sprouts
7:00pm: 2 beef & onion burgers with sautéed onions (1/2 red onion), ketchup, mustard, & mayo
8:45pm: (craving sugar to the point of tears… Ok, that was slightly melodramatic, but you get the point.) 4 sips of decaf coffee mixed with coconut milk creamer & 2 packets sugar (didn’t satisfy craving, so took Iris for a walk)
9:00pm: 3 reduced fat Oreos (eaten slooooowly) (27g carbs, 14g sugar)

Job hunting sucks.
